Our health retreats are a fantastic combination of workshops, yoga sessions and delicious food to enable you to have some ‘ME’ time and return to your life recharged and full of tips to continue this experience at home. The retreats are themed around different topics, so you can chose the one that suits you the most.

The Mini Yoga Retreat

If you’re ready for a bit of ‘me’ time then this mini health retreat is just the thing! Enjoy a 2 hour yoga class followed by a delicious lunch in beautiful surroundings. The sessions are small with a maximum of 10 people. The mini retreats run on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. All for £20!

The Relax and Reboot Retreat

If you’re in need of an energy boost then we have just the thing for you. The Relax and Reboot Health Retreat has been designed to share tips on how to increase your energy levels both physically and mentally with the perfect balance of yoga, workshops and delicious food.
The weekend includes:

  • 2 morning energising yoga classes
  • 1 evening relaxation yoga class
  • 2 hour Nutrition Workshop to boost your energy levels
  • 2 hour Refreshed Minds Workshop to boost your mental energy

Relax and Replenish Workshop

This is our best selling workshop.

There are many factors that put stress on your body and stress hormones use up large amounts of vitamins and minerals. These nutrients are important for healing skin, producing energy and other bodily functions and when they are diverted to deal with stress these functions begin to break down. With the right diet, vitamins, minerals and herbs you can boost your body’s immune system, increase your energy levels, and prevent stress related symptoms such as fatigue, headache, low back pain, irritability, and irritable bowel syndrome.

  • 75minute yoga class to reduce stress
  • 75 minute nutrition workshop on the link between stress and nutrition, foods to support your body during stressful periods and bitesize changes you can make

Immunity Boost Workshop

This workshop explores foods to boost your immunity. The aim is to build and maintain a strong immune system. In addition to this we will look at foods to eat when you do get a cold, cough or the food to ensure a speedy recovery.

Detox Workshop

Detoxing the body doesn’t have to mean a crazy, restricted juice diet! By choosing whole foods you will be able to support your body to metabolise and digest the food you eat enable detoxification to take place.

If you’d like to learn more about natural ways to detox your body all year round without having to go on a crazy diet then this is the workshop for you.

This 2.5 hour workshop includes:

  • 1 hour yoga class to detox your body
  • 1.5 hour nutrition workshop on foods to support your body to detox throughout the year
  • Healthy snacks and refreshments

Nutrition and Pain

This workshop will explore foods that can help to alleviate pain. We will look at foods with anti-inflammatory properties along with foods that can trigger symptoms in some common health conditions including arthritis, and joint pain. We will also look at breathing techniques and simple yoga exercises that can help to alleviate non specific lower back pain.

This 2.5 hour workshop includes:

  • 1.5 hour yoga class to alleviate non specific lower back pain
  • 1 hour nutrition workshop  on anti-inflammatory foods
