One of my biggest passions in life is helping people feel better through easy food swaps in their diet. I know first-hand how powerful small nutrition changes can be for our overall sense of wellbeing.

I really believe it’s not about restricting and dictating to my clients what they should eat. It’s about working together to create healthier alternatives to the foods they love. To support health goals such as weight loss, increased energy or hormone balance.

Often, after a medical diagnosis such as Diabetes, people feel lost and unsure of what they can and can’t eat. Yes, they have a list of foods they should avoid, but have no idea what to replace them with. This is where I come in. I help them navigate the foods they can have. I absolutely love getting in the kitchen to explore what and how to cook with them. Together we can create easy, tasty meal plans they’ll want to go back to time and again.

  • Learn to change the way you eat
  • A yoga posture tailored to you
  • Begin to lose any excess weight
  • You will have an initial assessment followed by 4 sessions that last for 60 minutes. (These can be used over a 10 week period to allow for holidays and other commitments.)
  • Each 60 minute session includes: 30 minutes nutritional support + 30 minutes 1:1 yoga to learn a posture tailored to meet your health need + weekly email support
  • Set goals individual to you
