I initially came to baby yoga as I have back issues and I wanted the opportunity to learn new things that would benefit my daughter’s development over the next few months that I wouldn’t know to try on my own. Having never done any yoga type activity before I was a bit hesitant about coming to the class but it hasn’t felt like a hindrance to any of my involvement with the sessions.
I enjoy how relaxed and supportive the atmosphere is with both yourself and other mums. I have been to other baby groups and felt ‘outside’ of the group but this hasn’t occurred at all with baby yoga. My back has definitely improved, I feel that it is a really supportive group where you can ask questions about stuff other than yoga – all of this has made me feel a more confident mum!
I honestly believe Laura’s quick development to constantly rolling and enjoying tummy time comes from the sessions. I also really enjoy showing her dad the things we’ve learnt that week and getting him to try them. The breathing exercises have helped with night-time feedings and making her super calm as well as her benefiting from all the interaction with other lovely babies!
I would 100% recommend them to any new mum as it is a calm and supportive group that just teaches so many manoeuvres, songs and lifts that you can apply and have fun with when you get home as well as genuinely helping with mum’s post-birth recovery! I initially came to baby yoga to try something new with my baby and meet other people, I love seeing how much my baby enjoys the classes, and they benefit me as well! Physically it is a time where I can work on myself without leaving my baby, she can enjoy that time as well. Socially it’s great to spend time with like-minded people, as I am the first out of my little friendship circle to become a Mum.
I would describe the class as fun for both the parent and the baby, and a good bonding experience for the two of you. I would highly recommend Jenny’s baby yoga classes. A big thank you to Jenny for making each week so enjoyable, and really listening to us as to what we want to get out of the session. (And also the tasty snacks at the end go down a treat!)

I started working with Active-Eat a few months ago, my aim was to lose weight and to eat properly for racing and training. Since working with Active-Eat I have seen very positive changes to my diet and I found different substitutes for unhealthy snacks which has helped me with my current situation of working and training straight after work.
My experience with Active-Eat has been great, Jenny has been really helpful and if I’ve ever had a problem or simple question about what to eat, when to eat it etc. she has helped me!
I would strongly recommend looking into changing your diet if you have any doubt about it since even small changes can make a huge difference and eating properly can help you feel good and improve performance in sports, concentrate in learning, sleep properly at night etc.

My experiences with Active-Eat were absolutely life-changing. Not to mention mind, body and figure-changing! For me personally, it wasn’t entirely a lack of knowledge, I’d always been interested in healthy eating but like so many people– I’d never fully figured out how to integrate it into my own schedule and lifestyle. Additionally, I have a history of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which is not a big problem to me like it was 10 years ago when I got it, but it was still an important health factor that I knew could be positively influenced by a change of lifestyle. She never espouses a huge and fast change in any area, rather, she gradually takes you off the things that may not be helping you, and introduces clever and totally yummy things into your diet that will really help you to feel fit, fab and absolutely glow
I cannot recommend Active-Eat highly enough. My Chronic Fatigue symptoms are completely under control, I haven’t had a cold or a virus (which I used to get all the time) since I started working with Jenny (about 6 months ago). My nails, which had been flaky since primary school (despite an already well-developed interest in wholegrains and organic foods)– have grown long and strong and beautiful– I can’t believe it! My powers of concentration, energy levels and mood are all greatly improved. I have lost weight without ever feeling hungry once, and everywhere I go people tell me how well I am looking.
If you are thinking of investing in some nutritional support– this is the best way I can think of for doing it. You get a beautiful, bubbly helpful, well-qualified and experienced young lady straight into your home computer/ mobile phone in the simplest way possible: over Skype. Having read lots of books by LA and Harley Street nutritionists, I genuinely believe that Active-Eat’s services offer a viable alternative that will produce similar, if not better results. If you can afford to do this and are hesitating at all– waste no more time. You’ll only need to do one series of consultations with Jenny and your life will be improved forever.
