If you want to keep your joints active and mobile then my monthly membership is for you. The membership includes weekly live online classes on a Tuesday evening from 7:45-8:30pm. The sessions rotate through the joints of the body to keep you supple and active. A library of videos for you to practice in between sessions is included. If you have any niggles, sit at a desk all day, have back ache or shoulder/neck tension these sessions are for you.
Active Joints is a great progression from the Feel Better sessions; you need to be able to get on and off the floor for this package.
