Over the past 2 years, Jenny’s Yoga classes have been one of the highlights of my week. I have tried Yoga before but never really felt that it was for me; however, Jenny’s classes have certainly changed my mind. The classes provide just the right balance between dynamic movement and stretching and are the perfect antidote to being hunched over a desk all day. Jenny is happy to adapt her classes to any particular needs and requests, and always provides suggestions of how to modify a particular movement. As well as being thoroughly enjoyable in their own right, the classes also provide a great contrast to other forms of exercise such as running, and offer a much-needed opportunity to stretch and move in a different way. The relaxation at the end is also always much appreciated and a rare chance to completely switch off! I would definitely recommend these classes.
