“I love attending virtual classes with Jenny, so good to be able to participate in a class from the comfort of your own home, but at the same time feel like part of a group. The pace of sessions is always good, with a variety of focus and themes throughout the block, and there is always an alternative or two given to accommodate class newcomers, or those with physical limitations. The element of relaxation leaves me feeling mentally lighter, physically taller and ready to take on whatever life throws at me for the rest of the week”
