If you’re feeling stressed and are missing your regular yoga class then worry not I have moved the Tuesday evening class to a virtual class.

I have kept class numbers small so that you can still enjoy a tailored experience and get feedback on what you are doing. we are currently focusing on stress relief to help you through this challenging time.

Whether you are a regular to one of my classes or have fancied coming but distance has previously been a barrier, well now you can join us. So far the feedback has been great!

Cost is £36 for a block of 6

Option to purchase the recording of the class and have unlimited access for a week so you can keep up your practice at home
